Let's work together to build greater understanding of yourself and build the skills to help you work towards your greatest hopes! I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, complex trauma/PTSD, bipolar disorder and those working to understand and embrace their unique, intersectional identity. I have an emphasis in working with a diverse range of persons and thus strive to create particularly inclusive, trauma-informed, kink/sex-positive, neurodivergent-friendly, and C/ENM/polyam-friendly therapeutic spaces. I also have a specialty in supporting other professionals that provide care, particularly counselors and social workers.
I utilize a unique, evidence-based approach developed from years of clinical mental health experience to help persons discover the skills to reach their goals in a radically inclusive way that emphasizes acceptance of their whole person to allow for truly authentic growth. I also specialize in working with profound trauma and complex histories.
I believe each relationship must be approached as the unique intersection of persons and ideas that it is. I endeavor to explore challenges with curiosity and cultural humility and my experience as a black, multiracial, non-binary person married to a white trans man has certainly solidified my belief in this approach.
