Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re suffering from grief, healing from childhood trauma or sexual abuse, or navigating questions around identity and belonging, you don’t have to do it alone.
I specialize in working with individuals facing grief and loss, longterm impact of childhood trauma or sexual abuse, which often results in depression and hopelessness, as well as a safe space for LGBTQ+ issues. These experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—but healing is possible, and you deserve support that feels safe and affirming. I know you feel vulnerable, but you have lived with pain long enough.
As a former teacher, you’ll find a compassionate, non-judgmental space with me, where you can be fully yourself. Together, we’ll explore your story, process painful experiences at your pace, and help you feel grounded, empowered, and connected to who you are. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed approaches tailored to your specific needs.
