I strive to help individuals develop a greater relationship with themselves, improve their self confidence, and have an overall happier life. It's a privilege to share space with someone and to hear their story. For the past 10 years, I've worked in several practice settings where I've gained a working knowledge to help meet people where they're at and assist them in healing and finding freedom. I continue to develop my knowledge to assist others in processing trauma, building self esteem, and improving their life styles.

My style tends to be more direct than just reflective listening and asking you to identify your feelings. Although these can be helpful, I encourage further processing and understanding of your own patterns and thinking processes.
We often find ourselves last on our list of priorities. Knowing this, I will develop a safe space for you to build your own self compassion and insight by taking a more eclectic approach from various schools of thought including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, family systems, trauma focused, EMDR, and more. I am here to help you every step of the way.
