I help clients gain tools to manage stress, process trauma or heavy experiences, and feel more like yourself again. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy, often incorporating evidence-based trauma therapies such as EMDR Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
