These clients are looking for a safe space where they can be themselves to process challenges and gain tools to manage emotions, relationships or transitions more effectively. Their goal is to create a life that feels more balanced, authentic and aligned with who they truly are.
I help by creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and heard. My approach is flexible to each individual's unique goals. I draw from a wide range of modalities to help clients gain insight, skills, and make meaningful change. My goal is to offer empathetic listening, understanding, and a nonjudgemental environment for growth and healing.
