I get it and I see you - in today’s world the pressure to do everything ‘right’ as women can feel paralyzing. But with a little help, it is possible to feel different.

Hi, I’m Victoria. I help new moms break free from anxiety, people-pleasing and self-doubt so that they can start putting their needs first. You deserve to live a joyful life where you feel confident in yourself and all you have to offer. Together, we can work towards what is important to YOU and leave the mom guilt, burnout and anxiety spirals behind.

With mindfulness tools and a warm, supportive approach, I will help you make a plan to start feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected. Together we will help you heal from old wounds and let go of beliefs that are no longer serving you. I specialize in perinatal mental health, anxiety, and treating ADHD in women.
