I am a Master's Level Clinician with more than 20 years experience in Mental Health. I enjoy working with a variety of clients. I particularly enjoy providing services for: Children & Teens, Parenting Issues, Couples/Martial Therapy & processing trauma for clients. I am an EMDRIA certified clinician for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (E.M.D.R.) I am also a Certified ART - Accelerated Resolution Therapy clinician. My clinical interests and competencies include: Conflict Resolution, Depression, Anxiety & related diagnoses, communication enhancement, parenting skills and chemical use/abuse issues. I also educate and assist both children and adults on how to better manage their stress - helping clients learn a variety of tools/techniques to accomplish this holistically.
My primary focus is to give clients resolve to what brought them to contact me in the 1st place. My goal is to help clients who are mentally/emotionally stuck.
