As a psychotherapist, Victoria walks with you as you learn to befriend your inner world. She has a J.D. from St. Mary’s Univ., and dual Master's degrees in Divinity and Social Work from UChicago. In her trauma related counseling, she often works from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) perspective. She is also a skilled interfaith chaplain who integrates spiritual perspectives to support the emotional well-being and balance of her clients, when helpful. From her hospice experience, Victoria welcomes discussions related to aging, loss, and grief.
At Victoria4Therapy, Victoria offers psychotherapy with a particular focus on couples counseling, often employing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Victoria is committed to providing individual counseling to persons dealing with problem drinking, trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ concerns, and those with strong international ties using Internal Family Systems (IFS).
As a former divorce lawyer, Victoria brings to therapy her 20 years of experience guiding parents as they create new parenting relationships after a breakup.
