Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing! I know the healing process can be uncomfortable, I am here to support you through it. My goal is to help you feel comfortable expressing yourself, processing situations and emotions that may be difficult, and learning new skills to get you where you want to be. I welcome individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life-transitions, as well as a variety of other stressors.
I'm an LPC and have experience working with children 5+ to adult. I use a strengths based approach meaning I validate your experiences and acknowledge that you did your best with what you had at the time, and assist and encourage while you find new healthy skills. I pull from a variety of theories and tailor my techniques to your needs.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I believe you are the expert of your life and I am here to help on your journey towards healing. I want to encourage you to face whatever challenges are thrown at you and support you along the way. Don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation call to see if we'd be a good fit!
