Hey! I am here to be your authentic, compassionate, mindful, and educational therapist and/or art therapist. I aim to collaboratively create a holistic plan that fosters strength and empowers you to form the best version of yourself as well as be the stimulant for positive transformations.
Some "Ins" include creating boundaries, cultivating healthy connections within your relationships, being present, feeling fulfilled, and gaining self-control, and self-confidence.
Some "Outs" include feeling as if you are not enough or deserving, disassociating, overstimulation, lack of trust and/or follow through, outbursts, and pure exhaustion.
My specialized training within art therapy paired with LPC work allows us to use outside-the-box techniques when needed, get creative, and establish comfort. My passion effectively helps individuals who had/are currently experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship difficulties, as well as those in search of identity and self-confidence.
