My area of focus has been rooted in complex trauma, neurodivergent disorders, personality disorders, conduct/behavioral areas of concerns, and LGBTQIA+ community.
I see children aged 3-18, adults, folks of advanced age, and couples who are experiencing barriers surrounding their mental health and past traumatic experiences that have significantly impacted areas of functioning.
I utilize a variety of modalities but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and integrated Therapy.
I offer a safe, holistic, and trauma-informed environment specializing in complex trauma, depression, anxiety, family relationships, and attachment-related issues.
