Understanding and creating an atmosphere of support and empathy to be one's genuine self is important to me. Providing the opportunity for a more authentic self is a stepping stone to confidence. My therapeutic approach is integrative and eclectic. I incorporate techniques and interventions from several approaches in order to fit the needs of each client. I believe that therapy can help clients adapt to stressors in life by helping them connect, communicate, explore, and provide the necessary coping skills.
Every session will be a collaborative environment and I hope to instill confidence and growth within to promote healing, self-awareness, and self-actualization.
