You’re often the one others rely on. You hold things together, push through challenges, and keep moving forward. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, desire, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are also carrying the weight of trauma, chronic illness, grief, caregiving, or major life transitions. Some are exploring non-monogamy or kink, while others simply want to feel more connected—to themselves, their partners, and their bodies.
My approach is sex-positive, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you better understand what you need and how to move toward it. As a Latine therapist and Doula with experience working in hospital and healthcare settings, I bring a collaborative and compassionate lens to this work. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, build resilience, and incorporate somatic and pleasure-focused practices that support healing, connection, and self-trust. Sex therapy can be a place to untangle what's feeling stuck, make sense of what you're carrying, and create more space for the relationships, intimacy, and life you want.
