With 23 years of experience helping others, I can help you find relief from distress using a variety of therapy approaches tailored to your individual situation and circumstances. All of my approaches are carried out with humor when it is appropriate and seriousness when needed. People I see often say that they leave sessions feeling uplifted and hopeful.
