My therapeutic style starts with Person-Centered Therapy, a model of mental health counseling that focuses on the innate goodness of people and the belief that change is possible. I incorporate somatic practices and Solution-Based strategies. My training also includes being trauma-informed and culturally competent. This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space.
