I am a licensed therapist with a special focus on children from ages 3 - 10, I also work with adolescents, and families. I support young people experiencing behavioral challenges, anxiety, school stressors, depression, ADHD, trauma, and family stress. Children thrive when their caregivers are involved, so I include parents in the therapeutic process whenever helpful to strengthen connection and support.
I use developmentally appropriate approaches like play, art, and bibliotherapy, with evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, behavioral therapy, and attachment-informed techniques. With teens and adults, I focus on building insight, CBT techniques, coping skills, and psychotherapy.
Building trust and creating a safe, empathetic space is central to my work. I value meeting each client with genuine care, curiosity, and nonjudgment, so they feel seen, understood, and supported.
