My approach is informed by EMDR, Ego States Therapy (Parts Work), and Narrative Therapy. In our sessions, we’ll work to understand how your past experience of trauma and stress may be causing present day mental and physical disturbance like anxiety, depression, fear, irritability, dissociation and emotional numbness.
I specialize in treating adults who experience higher levels of dissociation including CPTSD, DID, OSDD, DPDR and FND. I'm able to provide assessments to measure levels of dissociation to help us better understand what therapeutic approach is most appropriate and accessible for you.
