With my help you will learn skills to combat negative self talk, self sabotaging behaviors, and anxiety/depression symptoms. Together we will work through past traumas as they affect your ability to meet your goals. You will gain confidence, build healthy relationships, and live a more fulfilling life. We will move at your pace, setting attainable goals along the way.

I offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Strength Based therapy. CPT is a highly structured, intensive therapy to treat past traumas, please inquire for more information.

I am a private/solo practice therapy provider. I am not a part of, nor contract with, any large group franchise or Venture Capital funded tech company, partners, or similar companies. I will never record sessions (audio or video) unless mutually agreed upon, and I do not use any AI programs to take notes.
