I am a 42 year old therapist that has worked with many different areas of need during my career. I specialize in addictions and trauma across the lifespan. I started working at a community mental health facility with a recent transition into private practice. I really focus on the mind and body connection that helps people recover or lessen mental health symptoms. Helping people with identifying their voice and workingbon self-empowerment is beneficial for personal growth. I want to end the stigma about having and addiction by helping people find their voice and feel more comfortable in beginning their own recovery journey and lifestyle. Connections are the key to long-term recovery. I am not here to judge and I understand the many ups and downs of actual recovery.
