I specialize in trauma-informed care and have completed EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR, a highly effective therapy for trauma and post-traumatic stress. I frequently support clients navigating anxiety and depression, using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and healthier coping skills. I hold a dual master’s degree in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked as a school counselor as well as in treatment programs and private practice settings. I work with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults, offering in-person sessions in Rittenhouse Square as well as virtual appointments.
