About

Coupled with my clinical skills, I offer empathy, support, and guidance to help my clients with life’s challenges, wounds, & problems. I empower my clients and help them develop coping skills. My therapy skills aim to increase self-awareness, enhance internal strength, and reduce stress, fear, and suffering. Together, I can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and answer questions such as, “What can I change?” How can I learn to accept things?” or “How do I want to move forward in this precious life?” I work with clients who are seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, trauma/PTSD, and substance use.
My clinical approach utilizes transpersonal therapy, which includes mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, art & visualization. I also provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). These strategies help clients enhance their emotional stability and mental clarity, which may lead to spiritual awakening, creative problem-solving, and a sense of purpose.
I provide teletherapy (video or phone sessions) services to children, adolescents, and adults. Call or email our office to set up a video appointment or a free 15-minute phone consultation with me. Our office can verify your insurance benefits for you before proceeding with an appointment.

Interpersonal traumatic events such as sexual assault, rape, abuse from childhood, domestic or intimate partner violence, or any other experience that elicits feelings of extreme fear, shame, guilt, and/or loss of safety can cause an array of symptoms that disrupt your daily life. Often times, being a survivor of trauma can be an isolating experience, causing you to feel alone and disconnected from others who just don’t get it. This virtual support group aims to decrease feelings of isolation and provide you with a nonjudgmental and supportive space to heal in the aftermath of interpersonal trauma.
