Many of my clients hold LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC identities and are processing the impacts of systemic oppression, religious harm, immigration, intimate partner violence, and childhood abuse; seeking a space where they don’t have to explain the basics of who they are.
My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based and compassion-focused approaches, intersectional feminist traditions, and somatic practices.
