We specialize in trauma therapy for individuals and couples, focusing on developmental and attachment trauma, as well as nervous system–based healing. Our clinicians are trained in EMDR, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), somatic trauma therapy (Tholage), and integrative mental health approaches (nutrition, supplements, and herbal supports) when appropriate.
We work with teens, adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, medical trauma, religious trauma and spiritual abuse, and the emotional challenges of being a new parent—supporting clients as they move toward greater safety, connection, and healing.
