I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation to address connections between thoughts, feelings, and behavior, and teach effective coping strategies. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat phobias, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to aid in recovery from trauma.
