Life is difficult and requires constant change, adjustment, and resilience. We need support at times. I am passionate about joining you on your journey to healing. By providing a safe space and therapeutic relationship, I hope to be with you as you process your story, understand yourself in light of the pieces of your life, and identify a plan to restore health and hope. When we are unwell, it touches every part of our lives. I see therapy as an opportunity to build awareness of yourself, connect with what is happening internally in the presence of another, and begin implementing change.
I work with adults(individual and marriage), children (ages 13+), college students, and families. I am trained in EMDR and CBT approaches for anxiety, depression, complex trauma, OCD, relationship issues, and issues with body image/food. To alleviate the difficulty of starting therapy, I would love to schedule a free consult to answer any questions you have!
