My biggest goal when someone steps into my office is to make sure that they feel empowered to be themselves to the fullest. I want my clients to be in the driver’s seat, and I can help with a map to help them get where they want to go. I work with clients from a variety of different backgrounds and age groups. My youngest clients are five, but I have experience working with all life stages. My passion is for kids and teens, as I love using art and therapeutic play in my practice. It’s nice to be able to sit on furniture when my grown ups are in the office, although they are welcome to floor time as well!
Together, we work with talents you already have and discover changes can help you get closer to where you want to be. Many of my clients are frustrated with past experiences, and feel like they are ‘too self aware’ for therapy. I really enjoy supporting people and working creatively to find solutions to problems that have previously felt unmanageable.
Roughly translated, “arbor sana” means “healing tree.” At Arbor Sana Counseling & Wellness, Inc.
