As a Holistic Somatic therapist, I help women 40s + resolve the lingering effects of trauma held in the female body. I have a science + sacred/soulful approach of support. I help you to resolve whatever is blocking you from enjoying and planning a great life. I support women to navigate perimenopause and menopause, family or relationship trauma & changes, and womb-related trauma. Learn simple practices to take home with you from day one.

As a Holistic Somatic Practitioner, I offer a blend of science-based approaches like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, somatic touchwork - as well as spiritually aligned approaches that weave in your own strengths, and optional Womb Reiki and nature based support.
