Hi - I work with adults aged 18 to 65+ and have a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced violence, childhood abuse and neglect, religious trauma, or practice nontraditional relationship styles. I am sex-positive and kink-informed. My specialties include trauma, depression, and anxiety-related disorders. One of my goals is to become certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
Each individual already possesses the tools needed to live a happy, peaceful life. My role is to assist you in uncovering the resources within yourself, helping you live a life that aligns with your values. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy, providing judgment-free space can openly share your journey without fear.
I see therapy as more than just a space to vent—it should provide practical tools and strategies for long-term healing. I draw from a combination of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Additionally, I incorporate feminist and attachment theory into my practice.
