I want to honor that and I want to make your experience in therapy meaningful and purposeful in your life. We all experience mental health challenges throughout life and we are all deserving of help. I am trained and have experience working with a wide range of models and issues, some of which include CBT, DBT ACT, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and more. In-person, walk-and-talk therapy, and telehealth is available. I am committed to offering evidence-based practices that are effective in helping you.
