Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I work with adolescents, young adults, and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Whether you’re struggling with depression, motivation, or the challenges of parenting, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported as you navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m passionate about this work because I believe everyone deserves a safe space and validation. My hope is that therapy feels like a supportive, encouraging place where you can show up as yourself and begin to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
In our work together, I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach. I draw from motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.
During our first few sessions, we’ll spend time getting to know you—your hopes, struggles, and what’s been most difficult lately. We’ll also complete a few assessments to better understand any underlying concerns so we can create a plan that fits your unique needs.
