I believe healing begins in relationships where people feel safe enough to be real. I work closely with teens and young adults who are carrying a lot internally, even if it doesn’t always show on the outside. Some have spent time in youth residential or behavioral treatment programs, like therapeutic boarding schools or wilderness programs, and are now trying to understand who they are beyond those experiences. Together, we focus on building trust, understanding patterns shaped by past experiences, and creating a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
I offer a thoughtful, relational approach that blends empathy with practical tools, helping clients feel understood, build trust in themselves, and create meaningful change at their own pace. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions while building safety, coping skills, and self-confidence.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, to feel less alone with what you’re carrying, and to explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of safety. I am passionate about supporting young people as they heal, strengthen their connection with themselves, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
