Welcome! My name is Victoria and I am a family therapist in North County, San Diego.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and parents to identify and utilize different areas of structure and support from within themselves. We often times could use that extra support as we navigate life transitions, high stress daily life, trauma recovery, and a space for those much needed mental health check ins and self care.
When I'm not meeting with clients in the office, I work within the school district teaching mental health classes, particularly Social and Emotional Learning in the school setting. I'm so grateful to see families learn and thrive through this lens. I strive to extend similar coping skills and techniques in the classroom and in the office.
I can understand that reaching out for therapy can be a personal and vulnerable step. Please know that I value the time and space for each and every couple, parent, and individual taking that first step.
