I help address co-occurring mental health disorders, offering education and support in navigating life, addiction, & emotions.
I’m a wife and mother who has dealt with alcoholism, post-partum depression, and anxiety. I also have ADHD and understand the challenges of being neurodivergent. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, and watching movies. Hobbies can help us cope with our struggles and help heal in many ways!
