I specialize in helping my clients see the power within themselves; you are the driver, and I am the passenger. Utilizing a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, I work with anyone ages 18 to 100 on issues such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma and PTSD, and many others. As an LGBTQIA+ identifying clinician, I also hope to be a source of empowerment and courage for others. I am licensed in both Colorado and Florida, so I am able to work with a variety of clients that may be searching for an accepting community!
I use skills such as EMDR, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy, and always adjust my approach for each individual based on their needs and goals. I utilize existential and humanistic theories in my practice as well, and aim to help my client build a life that they believe is worth living for!
