I offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for healing. I specialize in working with teens and adults (ages 17 and up) navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, anger, stress, trauma/PTSD, grief, domestic violence, and substance abuse/addiction. I also support clients through relationship and communication challenges.
I proudly support and am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and bring training in crisis intervention, serving as a certified volunteer crisis counselor for the last two years.
