About
My ideal client is someone who might be experiencing anxiety and stress that feels overwhelming, and is looking for someone to help them work through it. It might be their first time seeking out therapy, or it might be their 100th time trying out therapy again. My client is someone who is willing to dig deeper into their past and gain clarity into their life to improve their situation and future.
I can help by holding a space for my client to feel safe. I want my client to know that they can be vulnerable, and are allowed to be themselves with me. I use CBT, Relational Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Solution-Focused treatment. Sessions can include, but aren't limited to talk-therapy, goal setting, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
