I provide a safe, warm environment where you can work through your issues, and gain insight into what is happening in your life. I will help you figure out what is going on, and provide support so that you feel that you are able to move forward. I enjoy working with a variety of people, including couples. Sometimes we just need a little guidance and help to figure things out.
As your therapist I will help you understand the emotions that you may be dealing with, whether is be loneliness, pain, anger, happiness, fear, or you are simply unsure of your next move. I will work to build a trusting relationship that allows you to being to reveal more of who you are. I work to support the development of greater self-awareness.
I am trained in EMDR therapy which can help with a variety of issues. One of my specialties is personality disorders and I will help you understand what might be happening.
