Hello, and welcome. I’m glad you’re here—it takes courage to reach out for support. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you feeling stuck and find practical ways to create more balance and satisfaction in your life. My style is genuine, curious, and down-to-earth, with room for humor when it helps.
I enjoy working with women across all life stages, older adults, and anyone navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life changes. My background in medical and case management also helps me support clients living with chronic health conditions. I additionally have a soft spot for pet loss.
I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR when helpful. I often offer tools or gentle homework to encourage reflection and support growth between sessions. My goal is to create a warm, accepting, and collaborative space where you can move toward the life you want.
