Life is full of changes and challenges, sometimes we can feel overwhelmed. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate through life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you or your child, to help aid individual growth. As a Resident in Counseling, I have experience working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
I believe counseling is a transformative process that is unique to everyone. I utilize several modalities of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. Together we will collaboratively tailor an approach to help best meet you or your child’s needs.
