Announcement icon During this uncertain time I am offering Telehealth sessions on a HIPPA compliant platform. I am doing audio, phone, TRUSST mesg. support
I approach clients with a collaborative, strengths-based focus and direct style informed by my training and experience working with individuals and families in the field of mental health for over 20 years. I help people identify stuck patterns and appreciate areas of personal resilience. We will work together to find insight, new learning and successful strategies to help you move in your desired direction. We will cultivate skills that allow you to approach and tolerate painful emotions and as a result decrease daily suffering. You will experience increased clarity of mind and cultivate more happiness & joy. GLBTQ+ specialization
I am EMDR trained by the EMDRIA institute. My EMDR practice can help you release "stuck" memories, feelings and issues. Through the re-processing of these memories or experiences you will be able to remember the painful incident without the intense emotion previously associated with the memory. I have seen this modality be transformative in clients lives.
I have a special interest & experience working with college age students, specifically Dartmouth undergrad/grad, med school. The most important part of successful therapy is to find the right therapist for your specific issues, personality and needs. I invite you to reach out and have a conversation to see how we might work together to help you feel better.
