Welcome, my name is Dr. Victoria Bloom, PsyD PSY 30561. After a deep dive into understanding your situation and who you are, I call upon a variety of therapeutic tools tailored to work best for you. I believe we all have access to inner wisdom and with the right tools, support, and guidance we can find it for greater well-being and growth. My aim is to provide a safe environment where clients feel heard, seen, accepted, and supported, and safely challenged when it is of benefit. I want my clients to feel we are a team, and they are empowered along the way.
As a child I wanted to be an MD. I was always attending to injured animals and people sought me out to talk about their problems at an early age. As a young adult, I realized that the healing and caring I wanted to do in the world had to include the mind, the heart, and the soul.
Stepping on the path of becoming a therapist led me to the necessity of doing my own healing work, which continues to this day. Real progress and healing come from insight plus action. Goals are set together, monitored, and adjusted accordingly and in a manageable way for each individual client.
