I am Victoria Baca, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 6 years of experience in a variety of settings, primarily focused on individual counseling. It has been my pleasure to build strong rapport with clients as I help them navigate life’s difficulties. My specialties include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and immigration/acculturation issues.
I earned my Bachelor of Science (BS) in General Psychology and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I believe that every individual is their own expert and already possesses the inner wisdom to guide them on the right path.
My role as your counselor is to help uncover that inner wisdom and resilience. I am here to guide and support you on your journey, providing the tools you need to increase resilience and achieve your goals.
