I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, I work with people who are tired of holding everything together. The people I serve live with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, low self-worth, burnout, or a quiet sense that they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel respected, seen, and treated as a whole human being, not a diagnosis. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, but I use these tools in a grounded, human way.
