About
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to take a look at themselves and see how they can improve their own choices and life. My style is direct and genuine. It is through honest self-exploration that we learn why we do what we do and how we can then make deep and lasting changes. I focus on accountability and ownership, not blame and shaming thought patterns. It is my goal to provide a safe but honest place to do this work and to provide my clients with the framework to create that change.
My direct style appears to be necessary when facing challenges of divorce, depression, & transitions in general. I work to help my clients be mindful of their thoughts & behaviors so they feel more in control of their emotions & choices.
My areas of special interest also including guiding families through divorce, grief and loss, chronic pain, eating disorders, as well as helping adolescents and young adults transition to successful adulthood.
