My clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem. My areas of interest are self-esteem, self-worth, and anxiety, but I also enjoy working with individuals to navigate other personal life challenges they may endure. I enjoy using different modalities of therapy including Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I believe that by empowering individuals and helping them realize they have what it takes to overcome any fears or obstacles is extremely important to the healing process.
