My work centers on areas such as attachment, sexuality, trauma (including religious trauma), depression, anxiety, body image, and intrusive thoughts. I am EMDR trained and integrate approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing to support deep, holistic healing.
