I'm Victor Taylor, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience, specializing in helping clients manage anxiety and depression. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by persistent worry or sadness and may find it challenging to function daily, maintain relationships, or enjoy activities they once loved. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Old Dominion University. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, I’ll work with you to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, build coping skills, and gain confidence.
