I specialize in utilizing EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered theories to help individuals find the most effective ways to cope, find closure and move forward. I utilize thought stopping, positive thinking, grounding, and mindfulness techniques to help each individual feel empowered and able to reach the identified goals for counseling.
