I understand that choosing a counselor is scary. Navigating life is hard. Suffering through depression and anxiety is hard. You don't have to do it alone. I love being a therapist and enjoy sitting down everyday helping people improve their relationships and allieviate the pain associated with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am always amazed and suprised by how resilient humans are. I feel grateful for the opportunity to provide counseling services. I enjoy working with men and women who are working through challenges with marriage, parenting, and getting back on track after divorce. You're Not Alone
A therapy group for adults wanting to work on managing their mental health and improving their ability to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, etc. We understand that having mental illness can be a lonely and difficult experience. Please join us for a 6 week opportunity in skill building, community building, and improving mental health while coming to an understanding that you're not alone. Cost is $15.00 per session. We are hoping to start this group on Wednesday October 1, 2025.
