Men's Coping Skills & Support Group
"EQUIPPED": Coping Skills & Support Group for Men. This peer group supports social connection and normalizes emotional openness. Learn evidence-based relaxation methods to reduce physical and emotional stress. Group members learn skills to identify, tolerate, and regulate difficult emotions. Learn communication strategies to improve relationships at work and home. We know that social support is a protective factor for mental health, and that men are less likely to seek it due to stigma and social norms. Instead, participants can build trust and reduce isolation by joining this supportive community and improve their wellbeing.
